a) STOP STRICT DIETING:
You may be trying too hard to lose your belly fat! d) CURTAIL CAFFEINE AND DRINK MORE HERBAL TEA:
When you combine stress with caffeine, it raises cortisol levels more than stress alone would have done. In one study from the University of Oklahoma, consuming the equivalent of 2 to 3 cups of coffee daily while under mild stress boosted cortisol by about 25% and kept it up for 3 hours! When subjects took 600mg of caffeine (the equivalent of 6 cups of coffee) throughout the day, the hormone went up by 30% and stayed high all day. And, because high cortisol levels contribute to stress eating, you might want to consider quitting caffeine.
YOUR BEST BET: Organic Oolong tea or green tea

It was fashion's Night out last Saturday as Fashionistats and top personalities turned out in some of the most glamorous frocks at the civic centre venue of the Elite Model look contest 2011. This year colours, sparkle and shine silhouettes, stilettoes and bling shoes were some of the hottest trends for the evening.

Spring 2011 season is surely going to be a very colorful and fashion forward season as designers at most of the fashion weeks have flaunted and are still flaunting promising colorful and eye popping fashion trends.
